
Our Cancellation Policy:

Smooth's cancellation policy requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and kindly request that you provide as much advance notice as possible.

Appointments can be rescheduled up to 1 hour prior to the scheduled time, subject to availability, without a fee or penalty. To reschedule, you must call the spa directly at 770-686-7684 and speak with the front desk to receive confirmation of your rescheduled appointment.

Full payment for all services is required at the time of booking. Electronic receipts will be sent to the email on file. Retainer fees collected at the time of booking are non-refundable for missed appointments. If a service is covered by a voucher or vouchers, the voucher(s) will be redeemed to cover the missed appointment. Please note that initiating a chargeback for any paid services will result in the permanent suspension of your account. Exceptions to our policy may be granted at management's discretion, subject to availability on our booking calendar.

To ensure a seamless experience, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to check in, complete any necessary forms, and enjoy the ambiance. Please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the need to reschedule or a same-day cancellation without a refund.

Wax Advisory:

Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks of hair growth prior to your service. Hair should be at least 1/8 “at the time of service.

In the event that you are pregnant you may experience a heightened level of sensitivity. Please communicate your level of comfort so that proper accommodations can be made for you.

In the event that you are menstruating you may also experience a heightened level of sensitivity. A pain reliever may be used 30 minutes prior to your service to relieve discomfort. Please note that no services will be rendered in the presence of unsanitary conditions. A clean tampon must be in place at the time of service or services will be denied without refund.

Please discontinue the use of all products containing retinols, glycolic and salicylic acids including all prescription medications at least 1 week prior to your time of service.

In the event of prolonged sun exposure, please allow 3-5 days for the skin to heal and repair itself prior to your date of service.

Please allow the skin to heal 4-6 weeks after any form of chemical peel or abrasive skin treatment.

Please advise of any recent injectables, cosmetic fillers and procedures at the time of service.

In the event that you have been on a series of Accutane or Differin please note that you must wait 6-12 months before any waxing services can be rendered.

In an effort to minimize irritation, we recommend waiting 24-48 hours before: wearing close fitting garments, experiencing prolonged sun exposure, hot baths, scratching, rubbing or any other form of exfoliation of the serviced area.

Please allow a minimum of 3 days before resuming the use of over the counter and/or prescription retinols, glycolic and salicylic acids.

In an effort to prevent ingrown hairs we recommend the purchase and daily use of our Ingrown-X-It Solution. The Ingrown-X-It Solution should be used 12 hours after your initial service and then daily thereafter. We also recommend regular exfoliation every2-3 days after your initial service.

To ensure your comfort, satisfaction and quality of the serviced area we recommend that services be maintained regularly every 4-6weeks.

Tint Advisory:

We recommend the removal of contact lenses prior to lash tinting services.

Please thoroughly remove all eye makeup from the lash and brow area prior to facial tinting services.

Please ensure that there are no oils, lotions or powders present in the area where personal tinting will be performed.

When booking appointments, we kindly ask that you consider scheduling based on the gender presentation that aligns with the body part and hair growth pattern for which you are seeking services. This ensures that our services and pricing are aligned with the options corresponding to the presenting gender.
